Lunch & Learn – Work Reframed – AI is here. Is Your Organisation Designed for the Change?

AI is already changing how people work.

The question is no longer whether AI will reshape your organisation, it already is. The real question is: are you designing that change, or just letting it happen?

Join us for lunch and an engaging conversation designed for local government and public sector leaders who want to move beyond the hype and get practical about the design that makes AI-driven change deliver.

Who should attend?
This session is for you if:

  • You lead a team or function in local government or the public sector and you’re navigating the reality of AI tools appearing in your workplace.
  • You’re responsible for change, whether that’s organisational, digital, or operational and you know implementation alone isn’t enough.
  • You’re curious but cautious about AI and you want honest conversation, not another techsales pitch or hype-driven workshop.
  • You want a room of peers who get it. The leaders who are asking the same hard questions as you and want to think out loud together.

What we’ll explore:

The operating design so AI changes with you.

  • Roles are changing, are you?
  • Faster delivery without chaos
  • New ways of changing

AI implementation will happen.

The question is whether it’s designed

or just dropped.

Most organisations will implement AI tools. Few will design the change around them. The ones that do will create value. The ones that don’t will create noise and ask their people to work harder in a system that wasn’t built for it.

Partnering with LG Professionals SA

Change Drivers Program | April–May 2026

We’re proud to be partnering with LG Professionals SA to deliver our Change Drivers Program publicly for local government leaders in 2026.

Local government operates at the frontline of complexity — balancing community expectations, regulatory change, political oversight, and operational delivery. Uncertainty is inevitable. Misalignment doesn’t have to be.

The LG Professionals SA Change Drivers Program is designed specifically for General Managers and Directors who want practical tools to lead complex transitions with clarity and confidence.

Across three immersive modules, participants will explore:

  • How people actually respond to change
  • Why uncertainty can trigger hesitation or disengagement
  • What leadership congruence really requires
  • How to sustain momentum — even when progress feels slow

Grounded in neuroscience and behavioural theory, the program equips leaders to align purpose, people, and performance — building capability that lasts beyond any single project.

Program Dates:

  • Tuesday 28 April 2026
  • Tuesday 12 May 2026
  • Tuesday 26 May 2026

Delivered in-person at LG House, Adelaide, and online via Zoom.

We’re looking forward to creating space with LG Professionals SA for local government leaders to move from uncertainty to alignment — with clarity, consistency and trust.

If you’re navigating complexity in local government, we’d value having you in the room.
