Aged care leaders are currently navigating significant reform, workforce pressure, operational complexity, and ongoing organisational change — all while maintaining quality care, compliance, and team stability. Uncertainty is inevitable. Misalignment doesn’t have to be.

The Change Drivers Program is designed for leaders who want practical tools to lead complex transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Across three immersive modules, participants will explore:

• How people actually experience and respond to change
• Why uncertainty can trigger hesitation, fatigue, or disengagement
• What leadership congruence really requires
• How to create alignment and sustain momentum through complexity
• Practical ways to lead change in a more human and effective way

Grounded in neuroscience and behavioural theory, the program equips leaders to better align people, purpose, and performance — building capability that extends beyond any single project or period of change.

Leaders in Aged Care responsible for guiding, coordinating, or supporting transformation and change within their organisation.
